Project Overview

This project involved the complete exterior refurbishment of a semi-detached period property in Central London, restoring its appearance while protecting it against future deterioration. Years of exposure to the elements had left the façade affected by water damage, rust staining and deteriorating decorative finishes, diminishing both the property’s appearance and long-term durability.

Our scope of works included remedial repairs, thorough surface preparation, treatment of damaged areas, and the application of a premium exterior coating system to achieve a crisp, uniform white finish. The Challenge
